Spurrier

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Spurrier

Post by THE RAM »

I saw on espn that Spurrier won´t sign with the Gators next year, my guess in he will sign with the dolphins and he will bring Ramsey with him. To bad Gibbs didn´t give him a real chance to play in the regular season, maybe he´ll play the last three or four games if Bruneel gets hurt.

I doubt that Spurrier would go get Ramsey even if he did get another NFL coaching gig. When he was coach, he kept talking about how great it would be to have a mobile quarterback and that he thought that was the key to success in this league. I would bet he'd target somebody like Kordell Stewart or Quincy Carter, guys that can run around a bit when the offensive line can't block the 7 guys the defense blitzes.

I'd actually like to see the OBC back in the NFL. This is good news, since it's totally unrelated to our team. Of course, he better keep his hands of Ramsey, unless of course JAY FIEDLER is available (just kidding). He'll certainly feel more at home in South Florida than he ever did in Washington.

Perhaps we may see Danny's comeback??? Woohoo!!!

I hope Parcells walks away from Dallas and Jerry Jones hires Spurrier. Now that would make my day.

Moving to Around the League, as this Spurrier is no longer Redskins news...

We could get something out of Spurrier agreeing to coach another team? Something about that just doesn't seem right--it's like getting paid to put your garbage out on the curb and have someone take it away for you. . .

Miami seems like the place for him, they need to put fans in the seats and SS will at first, but will have to win to keep them there.
