as we sit, we'll need a couple guys to make joe's system work. first of all tight ends.....and a ground game. winslow at tight end??? jones at RB??? any thoughts on draft moves, now that we have our coach.......

Don't forget that between Gibbs and Beathard we didn't keep many first rounders. He isn't afraid to trade. I think he will be looking at line play in a serious fashion because the two lines were what drove his team to each and every SB. He may be happy with the players he sees from the second half of the year on the OL, but I expect to see some massive changes on the DL. I don't really believe he believes in the suspect "lighter faster DT that can pass rush" and looking at the moves from Buffalo, neither does Williams.
