Brett Favre's wife is ill

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Brett Favre's wife is ill

I hope for a speedy recovery to Mrs. Favre. This has really been a tough year for Brett. When you watch him play on Sunday, realize that you are looking at a man whose personal life has really been taking a beating lately.
I know my brethren here at Hogs.net respected him beofre this news came out, and will almost sadly root against him in this game coming up.

That poor family. I hope she recovers so fast it astonishes the drs! And I hate rooting against Farve, he showed such heart playing last year after his dad's accident. This week will be the exception. I have to cheer for the Skins. They can win next week.

This is very unfortunate that Favre has to keep dodgin all of these obstacles. I also hope that she recovers very soon and that everything will turn out for the better.

It's amazing to see how an individual can overcome so much adversity and we'll see it again through Brett and his wife.
