Mike Williams of USC would be nice fit in Redskins Offense.

Just thinking out loud but Mike Williams would be a nice receiver in the Slot. Tall big fast nice hands and we do have an early pick I beleive. Im hoping our scouts will talk to him or something.

He's truly gifted. He'll be gone by the time we pick - but he's going to be a stud. Too bad the NCAA screwed him over so much - what else is new in the NCAA though? Lots of talent at WR. I think we'll be leaning toward DE, CB, C... depth at Oline and Dline. Maybe a David Pollack?

As much as I would love to have Mike Williams...I'd rather
have a pass-rushing DE even more.

HEY!!!

You're getting WAY ahead of yourself here. You would have to have someone who can throw the ball downfield in order to have receivers who can run like the dickens....
Right now we have old and busted Brutal, who can't throw the ball into the ground, let alone over 30 yards.....
Wrong position to be worried about, wrong time to worry about it.
Don't make me-you won't like what I'm selling.....

I would love to see Mike Williams become a Redskin, That would be sweet, But he will most likely be gone before we get our pick

I'd like to not have a high enough draft pick to get him! Besides we need a pass-rushing DL more then ANYTHING!

Never too early for me. We scout College Football all year long, and do a fairly complete Draft Section every year. What can I say, I love the game! Some interesting QB's in this year's draft too... but I'll take a DE :0).

Unless Mike Williams has worked on his quarterbacking skills in his new found offseason or has picked up 120lbs and a boat load of muscle to rush the passer, adding him would be like adding shiny new tires to a car without a motor.

Why in the hell would we draft a Wide Receiver in the 1st round when we have Coles, Gardner, Jacobs, Thrash, and McCants. We're not the Patriots; We cannot stockpile talent, there are still other holes to fill.

No more high draft picks spent on WRs! NO MORE! We'll need to replace Samuels, who knows how Jansen will return. DLine is a disaster, and CB will be a priority.

Just like one of you said, there's no point in getting a great reciever when you don't have a quarterback to throw it to them. I hope JGibbs invests in a decent QB ....similar to Rothelsberger from Pittsburg.

I agree, let's work on depth on the OL and DL.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

Williams, is an okay pick...but to fill our needs I suggest drafting Polluck...very early still but this guy is really gifted. He never gives up, he is a hero in Georgia, and has a great attitude(played with broken hand).

Have you watched any games this year? Replace Samuels? Why because of his contract? This guy is a great tackle..don't give up on him just yet. DL disaster? Are you kidding me? I guess our pass rush might be a little on the slow side, but come on man. Griffen is playing amazing, yeah he doesn't have TONS of sacks, but he is a run stopper, and that is exactly what we needed out of him. He led all DL in tackles coming into the week. Noble and Joe S.(can't spell last name) are both playing good as well.
As for you corner comment...I disagree again. Smooooooot and Springs are both playing great. Maybe a younger corner in the later rounds, but no need to blow a high pick on one.

We need a DE. I want Mathias Kiwanuka from Boston College. 6-7, 265 pounds, the guy is a physical freak. You guys probably haven't heard of him yet, but you will soon enough. This guys gonna be a stud.... I just hope he'll drop to pick 32 cuz THATS WHERE WE'RE GONNA BE PICKING lol

Guys I just see a lot of potential in Ramsey. And I would like to see another big receiver in there to help out.I would to show a little faith in Ramsey we havent even givin him a chance back there this year one game is not enough . At least two full games to evaluate him would be nice.We know he has a Big arm.And Gibbs is the master of grooming Qbs why not Ramsey.

Why do you believe we have an early pick?
I'm hoping we'll go 12-4, win the SB, and
end up with the last pick in the 1st round.

Do we own someone else's 1st round pick? Even
so, we won't know where it'll be until the season
plays itself out.

If we did draft Mike Williams, wouldn't it be cool to do what Clark, Monk, and Sanders did? All catch 1000 YARDS ONE SEASON?!?! With Ramsey at the helm, those three great recivers (My boy Coles, Gardner and necomer Williams), Portis pounding it behind a refined o-line, a tight end to die for, AND the Nfl's #1 ranked defense?????? We will be unstoppable next year!! \:D/
Have no fear, Moss will make it happen.

My thoughts exactly with cooley coming along smooth . Ramsey could be the key to the redskins success. Brunell is a temporary fit.

Brunell a temp fit?!? Where the $#&^ does he fit? Maybe in the old folks home. Or maybe playing catch with Tim Couch.

Ramsey has GOT to get in the game or we will never make it to 8-8.

Well, I wasn't saying that. I was hoping for at least 8-8 this season. I knew we wouldn't win our division or even come second. I had said a "refined" o-line, meaning that they have a chance to gel together and maybe live up to the name "dirtbags." Also, the rest of the team gets to continue learning under the same system, which can't be bad under Joe Gibbs!!

I cant stand Brunell but Coach Gibbs makes all the descisions . Personally I want Ramsey in there. So I am at the point of just hoping for good things to happen.
