As far as money wise, I'd stay with the Bucs too. But I think in sense of going in a better direction.. I'd have to say the Chargers. Jon Gruden's a lucky man, IMO.

Yeah, I think the Bucs made this trade in an effort to not only rid themselves of the headache, but to a team he would not want to play for.
