Q: What are your initial thoughts on the Redskins' 13-10 win over the Chicago Bears?
A: "We needed that. It wasn't pretty from an offensive standpoint. We didn't put a lot of points up on the board, but we kept fighting and we won the game. That's all that matters."
Q: What was going through your mind when the Bears returned the interception for a touchdown?
A: "We just have to keep fighting. You're going to have some adversity during the game. Their guy made a good play. The ball was tipped, he caught it and took it to the house on us. [The Bears] snatched the momentum from us, but we responded well. We kept fighting and good things happened for us."
Q: How tough was the four-game losing streak on this team the last few weeks?
A: "Winning brings out the fun in the game and we hadn't been winning. We really hadn't been having any fun out there, but it was definitely fun today."
Q: Was the offense trying to catch the Bears' defense off guard with some different sets?
A: "I thought what we did was a great change-up. We had some four wide receiver sets and we had tight ends lining up outside. I thought Coach Gibbs and the coaches who put together the game plan did a great job. It definitely kept the defense off balance and spread things open for us."
