DEja vu all over again

Post by DEHog »

On October 11th 1981 the Redskins were 0-5 headed into their sixth game against…(guess who?) the Bears!
They were playing the game where?…you guess it… Chicago’s Soldier Field. The coach Joe Gibbs.

The results..the Skins won going away 24-7 and went on to win 7 of their next 10 games that year and went on to win the SB the next year.

Will history repeat itself?? :D

With any luck at all DE. I'm not counting it out but I'm not holding my breath either. We are one win ahead of that team in 81. So if we lose it will balance out.

If your prediction is right we'd be what 8 and 8? That I could handle. Hell of an improvement over 5 and 11.

Homer: "No Flanders, it's a meeting of gay witches for abortion , you wouldn't be interested!"
