Brunell
What does everyone think of his second half play? Realistically, do you think that Brunell has turned the corner and shaken some rust off, or is this it, and we have to pray fro a procedure to attach Ramsey's arm to Brunell?

I thought that starting with the 91-yard drive (that ended with the FG), the offense played really well.
The defense seem to have regressed after the first two games. Perhaps due to injuries to key players such as L. Arrington.
Brunell's QB rating for last night game was 97.5.
That's pretty good.

Personally, I think it was just a fluke, the second half, that is. I hope I'm wrong, because about the only way Ramsey will be in there instead is if Brunell gets hurt, and I sure as heck don't want that to happen. I just don't think his arm is enough, not to mention he was all over the place with it too.
Why isn't anybody mentioning the fact that Brunell caused several of those sacks in the same way everybody rips Ramsey(holding onto the ball too long)??
Overall though, I'm glad he got a little rythm there in the second half. I just hope he can keep it going.
And no, next week at Cleveland doesn't count, except for confidence purposes...they're terrible and extremely hurt. Another good reason for me to go to that game and watch from the 24th row on the 30 yard line....woo-hoo!!!!

Brunell was sacked on back to back plays last night and that seemed to knock the cobwebs off.... He became more accurate, more vocal and showed more leadership than he's showed since he got here
