I'll be the first to say that we were extremely lucky to win this game...anyway, it was definitely a hard fought battle, as many expected...we shot ourselves in the foot many times...anyhoo, it's over now, we'll see you again at the end of the year...good luck to you guys

lookin forward to more smack talk in '04

I think that skins fans can be happier at that loss than Dallas fans can be at that win.

There were a lot of possitive things to take away from that game, despite the loss.

Where as Dallas eeked out a win with some lucky calls, and some seriously bad play on occasion.

yeah, it was a pretty good game. It's unfortunate that the refs had to play a part in the game, but as many other skins fans will realize with time, these are the stepping stones, and the climb won't be as long as the doomsayers are predicting.

Sighhh, how funny! Cowboys had more bad calls against them than your Deadskins. If and when you guys read my other posts in here, you will find that I diligently posted all the botched calls against Dallas compared to your one botched pass interference and one non-call. So please, don't act like the Cowboys went unscathed.

rose colored glasses pokes. Two horrible calls/non calls accounted for a 14 point swing for dallas. You can't possibly argue that any of the calls you claim went against the Pukes, resulted in a 14 point swing. Other Cowboys fans acknowledged it, so why pretend any different. It's part of the game and those calls go both ways eventually. Just so happens, they went against us this time, and the Cowboys got the W because of it. If it had been the other way, I would expect you to be mad about it too, and I would be the first to acknowledge it.

Come one now, the call on Wiley gave you 7 points as well...

Gardner pushed off on that last play...

and on the "phanton" pass interference call, well I don't know what to tell ya...he got in the way of Glenn's path...for Glenn to run straight, he HAD to push him, so it was the right call. We've seen Mario Edwards get flagged for it at least 10 times...so you get no sympathy from me there.

News Flash: Madden and Michaels have been wrong before

Gardners push off call was the last play of the game. If they called pass interference, I would have just been annoyed, they just let the game end. if they called, all that would have changed would be the stats. You can't compare that to the other botched calls against the skins.

Thanks to Prrimetime for being objective. Parcell's just called a more imaginative game. I was really bummed when after the goal line run did not penetrate even a yard, that we did bootleg Brunell. Madden was begging him to do it all night. It seemed so obvious the focus was on Portis.

Sorry...but I couldn't disagree more. I'll take the W and bad calls in our favor ANY day. I anguish over losses. And, frankly, I don't care how we win. The officials screwed us over. But you know what, If the officials had screwed Dallas over, you wouldn't have heard a peep out of me.

Okay...I just re-read to make sure I didn't misinterpret anything...I kinda sorta see your point. But I would still kill for that W. My week, literally, is now harder because of that loss...I'd give my left nut for that win...uhh...I hope I didn't say that out loud just now.

I'm going to have to disagree here. The Cowboys did not out play us at all. We were forced by ONE bad call to play into their so called strength; pass defense. We still ate their DB's alive, and then some. Brunell just couldn't get it together early enough.

I think mentally for the 'Skins..this week was the hurdle they needed to clear. I think things should get a little bit better from here on out. It was a good game.
