Autographs

I posted this same message in Football 101, but I have gotten little response as of yet... I am attempting to create a rather elaborate gift for a friend's upcoming (and somewhat distant) birthday. This gift involves a commissioned painting and Lavar Arrington's signature. Am I living in a pipe dream, or is there a way to contact Lavar and get this painting signed once it is completed? I know absolutely nothing about this an would appreciate any comments I can get.

however, for $50 and a case of beer I'll sign it on behalf of Lavar. Your friend won't know the difference. For $25 I'll search the internet for a "Lamar Arrington", it will look similar and you cant really read signatures anyway right?

I don't see him before and after games and he doesn't really sign autographs during the season. But he does have a house in/near Annapolis... so maybe I can find it and ask him for some sigs. :lol:
