The two that I have used are Yahoo! Photos and Ofoto.

Both are free.

Yahoo is more of a picture hosting site designed first for sharing pictures and additionally lets you (and you visitors) order prints.

Ofoto is primarily a digital photo printing site from Kodak, that also lets you share your albums. The nice thing about ofoto is you can upload pictures with their desktop software, where Yahoo is just web based, I believe.

You can also try Snapfish

It's run by Comcast...but I don't think it's exclusively for Comcast users.

I wish I could help you, but I have a phpwebhosting account. That's another solution, if you want to spend money. But, I'd go with what the others suggested.

I use photohost.org myself. Imagestation is free and I believe photobucket, fortunecity, geocities and HPphoto are as well
