The 14-2 Pats

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

The 14-2 Pats

Post by BossHog »

I just wanted to tip my hat to the Patriots who whomped the Bills 31-0 today to finish 14-2. what a poetic finish to a season that began with Buffalo handing them a loss with the same lopsided score... talk about coming full circle.

They haven't lost a game since that happy day back when the Skins beat them.

What a phenomenal job by New England to overcome the injuries that they have had and to come out of it on top. The Redskins (and the rest of the league) could learn a lot by studying the Pats 2003 season as to how to 'get it done.'

:celebrate:

Today I watched Teddy Bruschi running up and down the sideline like a schoolboy because his backup had put a snot bubble hit on an unlucky Bill receiver. What a concept... winning as a team. It's refreshing in this day and age of me-me-me.

... and with 'fringe' players and backups. What a job by Belichek and his crew.

It was a nice bonus to see the Bills get spanked too. Living in Canada, I have a particular type of hatred for Buffalo

The patriots are a phenomenal story.... I wouldn't bet against them between now and the Super Bowl.

They just keep finding ways to win.
Hail to the Redskins
