Three Redskins players won't be suiting up tonight against the Eagles because of suspensions for disciplinary actions...

Darrel Russel, Antonio Pierce, and Byron Chamberlain are all out of the games for unspecified reasons. Chamberlain has been in Spurrier's dog house since day one, but then again he hates TE's to begin with. We all remember bringing in Russell, the felon with 26 fellonies to his name. Up until now he had been staying out of trouble, but who knows what he did. Antonio Pierce is a special teamer and sufficient backup, and what he could do is beyond me... We need more info...

To make a long story short... Russell probably won't be back now, Chamberlain definitely isn't coming back, and Pierce is likely going to return...

It's a shame because I thought Russell could be a force in the middle, and he is fully capable of creating havoc on the front line in D.C... much like Daryyl Gardner... ohh well... too bad... DRAFT DT

Russell and Flemister were both late.

With Russell's lack of on-field effectiveness (somewhat due to lack of playing time) and his obvious penchant for 'breaking rules'... I'm not really sure why everyone wants him re-signed. He's had flashes in games... but other than that... nothing. And it's doubtful that he's going to have to settle for a league minimum contract next year...

Flemister can go... Chamberlain's still in the doghouse... maybe we can look for some TEs that can block since we don't throw to them anyway.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

The Post also said that David Terrell may be disciplined for similar resons to being late but he had a reason to be late so he probably will play.

I'm glad to see Ball Coach finally lay down the law to some guys, even if it took till the last game.
