Portis on game day

Post by Bacon »

I don't really like how Portis is looking.
He looked lame in the preseason and all this talk about him getting hurt (they're false rumours I know) doesn't make me think more of his abilities. Plus there's the line to worry about. Ugh. I still think we'll win tomorrow, but it's going to be a hard game. :?

Dude, Portis is going to be fine. You can't base anything in the regular season on preseason or internet rumors. Portis is in elite company with his two 1500 yard seasons in he first two years. I can think of plenty of things to worry about before I get to him

Cheer up buddy.

Think about it.

1. Betts looked good after one game.
2. Simon looked great.
3. McCollough looked decent.
4. Rock was decent.

They all were behind a Bugel line. Look how Betts played vs the Falcons 1 string D. Portis is 10x more talented than Betts, do you think he'll do any worse? Portis will be good.

Yeah, you're probably right. I think VERY highly of Betts,so I should think even higher of Portis, logically.

THE game is only .....12 hours,6 minutes away!

Wow Bacon, I forgot about this thread and was shocked when I read it. Then I looked at the date. So how do you feel now? LOL I think you've taken my crown as the least homerish fan on the board.
