So, we've already had the "Drew Brees sets the record OMG he is the best ever" circle-jerk game. Today, we have the "Falcons are a 3-4 team yet they have the best offense since Martz's Rams" game.

Holding! Hehehehe, you knew that was coming, right? Refs laying it on real thick today. Even more than usual. WWE is more realistic than this.

I know that the 'Skins are a team with limited offensive talent, a good defense, and terrible coaching and absymal ownership/culture. These are the facts of the case, and they are undisputed. I would just like to see them get a chance to lose the game on their own merits (which they are more than capable of doing, of course) without egregious ref bias.

Little ticky tack stuff: Holding up front as usual, Jones makes contact with the ball beyond the marker, but doesn't actually secure the ball or go down until he is pushed back two yards. Where does the ref mark the ball? Two yards beyond the marker! First down! lol.

Another 7-9 team... shocker

Defense sucks. I jumped the gun last week. Redskins' defense blows, even with a traded Clinton-Dix, they get embarrassed at home.

Totally mediocre program from the owner on down.

The Falcons are #31 of 32 teams rushing the ball - up until this week - EMBARRASSING
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

100 yards on penalties = poorly-coached team.

Surprise, surprise.

The officiating in this game has been horrible. But the Skins haven't played well enough for it to make a difference.

we're not a good team welch - we don't win games we should ... basically, we sometimes get lucky

hopefully, change is coming ... 'staying the course' is not getting better

Looks like the Redskins can beat the weak teams. Cannot play up to the decent teams. Will be interesting against he Eagles.

OL hurt. Is Roullier the only uninjured starter?

NFL will make sure the fecals sweep the 'Skins this year, it is good for business. The only way to avoid that fate is to come into each of those games with a fantastic gameplan and perfect execution of the same. Since we all know that achieving both parts of that dynamic are impossible for this coaching staff and team, the outcome is essentially predetermined. The league then gets what they want: a competitive defending champion who had to scrap and make a huge comeback to win the division and make the playoffs. Cue the "Rocky" music right now....
