Yeah I just say between the months of August and January, let's focus on the players and coaches. The team is what it is at this point of the year, and Snyder isn't calling the plays on Sunday. At least I don't think so? Either way, he's not going anywhere. We can gripe about him all through the spring.
Btw I thought AP was pretty damn impressive in that preseason game Friday. Its too bad the rest of the first team looked like hot garbage! I totally understand Gruden not wanting to risk guys in meaningless preseason games. But they haven't shown the ability to just turn it on week 1. I'm worried we're headed for yet another opening game loss.

There's a lot of good young talent on this roster - every season we get excited about the possibilities - 16-0 is still possible
but ...
somehow, we'll find ourselves in the same place come January & hoping things will get better next year
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Doug Williams appears ro be doing a good job Allen has always been a CAP Guru ...
SO - WTF u talkn bout? Draft picks? Solid. FA? Win..... What dont you like about the FO- minus the hocus pocus bull *sh$t*?
Really? Snyder is the one that got us into this mess ...
I'll agree - Doug does APPEAR to be doing a good job ...
BUT - I'm more concerned that Snyder thinks that having a good CAP GURU is more important than having a good FO (& scouting department)
it APPERS that making much more money is more important to Snyder than fixing the losing culture he created
the good news is that I don't have a clue ... we're probably headed for a winning season ....

Some players are different but the coaches telling them what to do, how to do it and managing the game are the same. We'll have same results with different names.
