Before Anyone Asks If We Want Brandon Marshall

No.

I'd rather sign him than Dez.

If he can make the team then I want him.

No thanks. We don't need to spend any cap on an aging over the hill WR. If anything, spend some money on Hankins.

nobody with any sense would want Brandon Marshall ...
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I'll gladly take him over the trash we have now.. even though he's old and probably washed up.

He's STILL better than our garbage.

And you already know I have no sense.

 this was more of a jab at the FO ... letting both Garcon and Jackson go was a huge mistake

Desean Jackson 2017 stats
50 catches 668 yards 3 TDs $12.5 million

Pierre Garcon 2017 stats
40 catches 500 yards 0 TDs $6.5 million

Josh Doctson 2017 stats
35 catches 502 yards 6 TDs $2.2 million

Jamison Crowder 2017 stats
66 catches 789 yards 3 TDs $751K

No doubt we missed those guys this year, but its unfair to say that letting them go was a "huge mistake". Both of those guys are old, expensive and under performing for their new teams. Exactly the kind of players we USED to criticize the team for signing. We're much better off not spending $20m on those guys. We got the same production for $3m.

If the FO made any mistakes with the WRs it was counting on Terrelle Pryor. And I don't know anybody who expected him to be as bad as he was last year. At least with Pryor it was a low cost, one year deal, easy to move on from.
