Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

A good start, but the Cardinals drive shows ugly defense by Redskins.

Cardinals drive more than seven minutes, as Sonny says.

Imagine we've just pulled into a Hot Shoppes. Ordering for delivery to the car, for the platter that fits into the door, just next to the car window. I'll have a Mighty Mo, a milkshake, and some Redskins defense for the second half. Oh, and for this Larry Michael to go to the locker room -- he's lame -- in favor of Sonny, Sam, and Frank.

Can't anybody play this game? Redskins don't cover the kickoff?

Odd play-calling, Mr. Gruden.

How about running that third-down play on first down?

Well, it seems that the real Redskin team has shown up. At this rate Allen, Gruden, Manusky and Cousins are all going to be somewhere else next year.

Is there a worse team at running the clock in the league? Whenever we get possession with 3 minutes left. It's always 3 and out with an incomplete pass

The Redskins got a win. It was ugly but a win. I am pleasantly surprised.

I don't know about Allen, Manusky, and Gruden.

The Cardinals need a QB like Cousins. Gabbert was 16 out of 41 for 140 yards and no TDs. They ran well. Have Fitzgerald. Yes, another possible destination for Cousins. Sadly, for the Redskins, Cousins will be in demand.

I'd blow this team up...Allen, Williams, Gruden, Manusky, ST's coach on down...

Before today's game, I've been thinking I don't want to do that because it sets you back a couple years, however after watching the game today we need to do it.

This group of guys are horrible. Four things:

1) Why challenge that incomplete? Clearly an incomplete. Who was the brainiac who thought we should do that?
2) The Kickoff to start the second half...really? Only bad teams let really stupid plays happen to them. Our Special Teams coach is suppose to be this great coach, blah, blah, blah...he sucks.
3) Manusky's defense let Blaine Gabbert run off an 8 minute drive...unbelievable. 40 some plays to our 16 in the first half?
4) When the going gets tough, Gruden gets so conservative in play calling it's also unbelievable. He gags...he plays NOT to lose.

And finally -- I'd cut Swearinger. He's OK at best. He is not a great free safety, and we have others who can play strong safety. He takes his helmet off on field at a critical juncture? He's been mouthing off about the coaching. He needs to go. Hit the street DJ.

Start over...

Why didn't Gruden call a 'time out' and give the refs a second chance to look at the interception - that was our ball and Gruden did his 'deer in the headlights' again missing the whole thing. Agreed on Swearinger, he cost us another game in the second half of the season. If thye tried to run the ball to the left one more time I think I'd driven to Asburn and delivered the final blow to the Gruden era myself.
We got a few good guys on the defense, some good ones on offense. Now to build a coaching staff to work with them and there isn't a non-jeresyed person on the sidelines that has earned the right to be here next year. Not a one. That is a shame because there might be a few good ones in there.
Hail Skins!

Was at the game yesterday, never been as disinterested in a NFL game ever...I was following other games on my phone more than this one.
If the Cards had a QB they would have won this one going away!!
