I doubt that he gets hired this time around. However, it is an inevitability that he's made a true offer within the next 2 years.
My prediction... He and Gruden remain in place for one more year. Depending on the results, McVay get's considered for the HC position here. I'm not a fan of that scenario but it may play out this way, especially if Kirk is given a long-term contract this off season.
