the opening line has the Redskins favored by 5 ... didn't take long to go to 7.5

WE WANT DALLAS

Why wouldn't the Cowboys want to see us in the playoffs? They beat us twice already so they should want to face us again. I hope they do their part to get us in the playoffs, then we do our part to knock them out.oj wrote:I doubt the Giants will have Beckham in the game, esp with Norman on the field, so they'll just play for appearances. I'm wondering what the cowpies will do tonight, they don't want to see us in the playoffs. I wonder what kind of effort they will put forth, they could easily let Detroit get ahead and then just play the game out. Thats what I see happening.
I have been on the Cowboyzone which is their fan forum.Hooligan wrote:Why wouldn't the Cowboys want to see us in the playoffs? They beat us twice already so they should want to face us again. no! that's not true at all - the pukes know that we should have won the first game and were a little unlucky not to win bothHooligan wrote:Why wouldn't the Cowboys want to see us in the playoffs? Because they narrowly escaped with the win both times, and it's incredibly tough to beat the same team three times in one season. I'd think, besides the Ginas, we are the team they fear the most. I'm sure they'd never admit that, though.Hooligan wrote:Why wouldn't the Cowboys want to see us in the playoffs? They beat us twice already so they should want to face us again.

IF we do make it in - of the NFC QBs, I would rate Kirk Cousins at 5 and Dak at 6 - Prescott is still making rookie mistakesDarthMonk wrote: I have been on the Cowboyzone which is their fan forum.
They think they match up well against the Seahawks and Lions.
They fear the Giants team, the Atlanta offense, and Rodgers
They think Kirk Cousins is a joke.

Their worst fear is saving us twice, beating us twice, but losing to us in the playoffs.
They think they match up well against the Seahawks and Lions.
Our defense is the joke, not Cousins.
They fear the Giants team, the Atlanta offense, and AR.
They think Kirk Cousins is a joke.
They have keeping us out of the playoffs to play for.DEHog wrote:Note to Jay...this is a playoff game!! We can't have a repeat performance of last Monday night!! Our saving grave may be that the Giants don't have anything to play for.

If the Giants were out of the playoffs or could better their playoff seed, I’d agree with you. Other teams may want them to play to win, but the fact is they’ve earned the right to rest their players.Deadskins wrote:They have keeping us out of the playoffs to play for.DEHog wrote:Note to Jay...this is a playoff game!! Our defense has sucked all year. Not sure what games you've been watching.SkinsJock wrote:no! that's not true at all - the pukes know that we should have won the first game and were a little unlucky not to win bothHooligan wrote:Why wouldn't the Cowboys want to see us in the playoffs? the pukes have little to no regard for our defense but the fact remains our defense played pretty well in those 2 games and recently have shown that they are playing better - not that that's big thing considering how badly they have played ...

I'd like to see that too.riggofan wrote:In more serious news, anybody hearing that Su'a Cravens may start at safety Sunday? I don't know about you guys, but I'm more than ready to see that.

That's not all that impressive, especially considering that 80 of those yards and one TD came on the final drive. I really don't think they want to see either other NFC East team in the playoffs.riggofan wrote:Cowboys put up like 300 yards in the air and 90/2 TDs on the ground in the first game.

No way in hell the giants go all hands on deck for this game. Zero percent chance of that happening. They are locked in the 5 seed, can't move up or down. They could care less about us getting into the playoffs, because the only time we'd see them is in the NFC Championship......which would be a long shot for both teams. I'd be shocked if you see Eli and OBJ for more than a quarter, as well as anyone banged up on their O and D.oj wrote:I'm rethinking the Giants game and now think they'll have 'all hands on deck' and will treat this as playoff game. I'd love to see Cravens and Compton at 100%, we'll need them.
I don't think the Cowgirls fear us at all, seeing as we cannot stop the run. We just don't match up very well with them. The Giants on the other hand, they probably do not want to see.Deadskins wrote:That's not all that impressive, especially considering that 80 of those yards and one TD came on the final drive. We stopped their run in both games this season. You always have to fear divisional opponents. You can throw the records out the window.PAPDOG67 wrote:I don't think the Cowgirls fear us at all, seeing as we cannot stop the run. We just don't match up very well with them. It doesn't matter about not seeing them until the Championship, they still don't want us to make the playoffs. They'd love to play spoilers to us. That said, I agree that it won't be "all hands on deck," but I disagree that they won't be motivated to win the game. And, as several coaches have pointed out lately, this isn't pre-season where you have 90 man rosters. You are picking from 45 players, and you can't rest everybody.PAPDOG67 wrote:No way in hell the giants go all hands on deck for this game. Zero percent chance of that happening. hah. I love the optimism about a possible rematch, my man. But this stuff is delusional. We allowed 102 total rushing yards in the first game. 136 rushing yards in the second. If that counts as "stopping the run in both games" then we must be fielding a top 10 defense.Deadskins wrote:We stopped their run in both games this season.
guess we'll see, man! I liked hearing it was in the plans for 2017. If he's ready to go this season, even better. He's definitely got the athletic skills. Will he know the position well enough to make a difference yet?Deadskins wrote:I'd like to see that too.riggofan wrote:In more serious news, anybody hearing that Su'a Cravens may start at safety Sunday?
