I would put a "Dropped Ball" clause in players' contracts:
For every catch-able dropped ball, it will be $10,000 out of your salary given to the Charitable Foundation (United Way, Salvation Army...etc.)
Or something like that...!!!

2 passes that DeSean caught that had to be overturned should count as $10,000 fines in addition to I don't know how many others
