half-time - this is shaping up to be just like the first game we played where we lose a game that we should have won

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Kirk played well. Our defense had there hands full.

Wish we could of ran it better.

"Should" have? I think our defense should of focused on stopping Elliott.

Defense lost us this game. Kirk and the offense played well.

Good game today. Cousins has been a block of C4 the last 5 games. Just glad to get the Turkey day win.

I read that Will Compton missed about 6 solo tackles?? Thought he was better than that... He is the signal caller and has been a stud. We need SPEED on the D. Our guys are NOT fast runners...... just a step or 2 slow.

Hate it.........

Agreed. Dallas O is good, but that D is not Championship caliber. I was impressed with the Skins (Reed/Cousins/Jackson)........could have been a L, but as a lifetime Dallas fan, I am pumped to be in uncharted (10-1) waters....

I quit the game in the 3rd Quarter, had over 2hr drive to get back home, from what I saw of the defense they were always off by 1 step. Dunno if the Dallas guys picked up on it or it was pure luck, for instance, Preston would roll out to the right flat whenever Kerrigan shifted to his right at the snap of the ball, Kerrigan would try to get inside of the tackle and Preston would bootleg to that empty space but if Kerrigan had remained where he was a rushed from the outside (like normal) then he'd have squashed Preston. Same with Compton, thats why he missed so many tackles, he was 1 step off from where he needed to be. There were too many empty spaces for the receivers.
I hope we get to play them again, theres some unresolved issues between Norman and Bryant that needs favorable resolution.

Dez Bryant caught five passes yesterday. Only three were with Norman covering him. He caught five passes for 79 yards and yet is running his mouth about having a big game. Typical Cowpuke. Puke fans keep posting the video of the one play where Dez was running free without the pass being thrown to him as though that's evidence of domination. Again, typical Cowpuke dumbassedness. It's the equivalent of us posting a video of two missed field goals as evidence of superiority over them. For goodness sakes I'm tired of Cowpukes fans. They're missing some connections in the noggin'.

Not real sure Kendall Fuller can handle this job. He was burnt several times when thrown his way and I saw him burned when the ball wasn't thrown his way. He is slow as well.

I disagree that we should have won the game. I thought DAL looked like the better team. I was in a room full of non-DAL & WAS fans would felt the same way.

What I am interested in seeing is that no one has discussed the Hopkins issue. He lost us the CINCY game and now was a LARGE factor in losing this one. If I'm gruden I'm bringing in other kickers to test the waters.... Perhaps not make a change but at least let him know that he's on the clock....

I put none of this on Hopkins. The 1st miss was 54 yards... that's gonna happen. The 2nd was into the sun, if you were watching the broadcast they had the camera follow the ball up and the screen goes white for like 3 seconds. He was kicking it 100% blind.

Our offense needed to go 2/4 instead of 1/4 in the red zone... or the defense needed 1 turnover. Over all though this game was promising for us... Dallas is playing like one of the top 3 teams in the NFL, and we barely lost to them. No reason we can't win out these last 5 games, get into the playoffs, and maybe have one more Crack at them.

We coached scared and desperate.

Turns out all we had to do was play our game.

We went for two way too early, attempted an onside kick way too early, and put Fat Rob in the wildcat for crying out loud.

Those three decisions betrayed a lack of confidence in the team from Jay Gruden.

Misses from 50+ are going to happen but all you got to do with the sun in front of you is keep your head down like any good golfer would know. Let your caddy (holder) watch where it goes. Pick a target just in front of the ball and swing your leg through it.

^^ what he said - I could not agree more

Jay should have let these guys do what they're capable of - we did not need to beat ourselves or try anything tricky

I totally agree with the highlighted. Though I think the two point try showed greed rather than a lack of confidence. There's a reason why coaches make the same calls over and over, and it's because that's what works. Gruden's lost us games in the past by going for two too early.

And the onside kick was completely telegraphed. Even still, it was well executed and we almost came up with it. I think he tries to get too cute rather than just put a team away. Of course, had it worked it would have been great, and made our job easier. But there was still plenty of time in the game and the offense was humming (outside the red zone of course  ).

Agree... and, not only was the first one 54 yards... Coach iced his own kicker. The first one was through. Very surprised the league tolerates that glare through the end zone...

I heard they have a shade installed that can go over it. Jerry just "decided" to not use it this game... not sureven if there is any truth in it, but it's jerry so I'm willing to believe it.

Poor game! 6-4-1. We win 3 out of 5 we in the playoffs though with an early knockout! Defense are what we thought and offense cant score enough to compensate.

Dez can't help it if Josh mostly just guards his little corner. Norman is an intense dude, but he's kind of a head case. Dez caught the big first down on him the play before Dak scrambled for the TD, and dude wouldn't let go of his ankle. Bottom line is Norman is a good system corner making shutdown corner money and I think he's in his own head. He tried to get in 88's head and it didn't work. Two HUGE redzone catches that both set up touchdowns on the very next next play.

I like that.

Dez Bryant doesn't do a whole lot of yappin at the other team's DBs. He just wasn't taking any of Norman's typical crap. Ya boy won't shut up.
