Wk 6 - the Eagles at home - #11 will have a huge game

Post by SkinsJock »

cannot wait to see the offense kick it into gear this Sunday at FedEx ... DeSean has been looking forward to this

last Sunday we faced (at the time) the #1 Total Defense - this week they are #5

this week we get the Eagles who are currently rated #2 - wonder how far down they will be next week
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I know some folks were excited for a chance to beat the Ravens last weekend. THIS is the game I want. Let's punish these suck a** Eagles.

Hope you're right SJ, and DJax has a huge game.

Jackson has been frustrated recently (with good reason). I hope he and Kirk finally connect on a few bombs and put this one away before the 4th quarter.

we can win this game by limiting stupid penalties, and playing well - make the tackle, make good decisions and no turnovers

If DJax doesn't have the greatest game ever this weekend, there will be a furious LPJ stalking around....

I'm pretty sure we can win just by scoring more points than the Eagles.

Tell me about it! I'm starting to think the way our offense works, we do not need two high priced receivers. I think we went a whole half without targeting Djax last game. Kinda ridiculous but if it will be this way, rather redirect some of those funds on the dline and say goodbye to either Garcon or DJax.

Living here in Eagles country, I've come to "almost" dislike them as much as the Cowboys. It a great week for me when we beat them!! I really like our chances, our D is playing more inspired and I'm just not sold on the Eagles. They did have a nice win against the Steelers but came back to earth last week. If we're to repeat as division champs it start with beating them at home!!

That's such a tough call, I hear what you're saying. I'm really close to hating the Eagles more than any team in the division. But then I picture Jason Garrett's stupid red head or I think about how much I dislike the entire state of New Jersey. Its such a tough call.

just another opportunity to show what can happen when we make good decisions and play to our capabilities

or

to let us down .... yet again

That was such a satisfying win yesterday. Wish the score better reflected how dominant the team was, really man handled those guys on both sides of the ball.

I think Wentz looks like a legit QB, but it was nice to be the first team to give him a reality check.
