New offensive lineman
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

This is his 5th team in three years. I'm not even sure this was worth a thread.

I specifically watched him last night and was impressed how he looked after just a few days... Looks like a brick house, but dont know how he makes 53
