I like the options about as much as you do but whereas Clinton will work with some of the people some of the time Trump works with none of the people none of the time.

Trump may be running as a Republican but no Republican believes he is one at his core. GOP leaders are fully aware they cannot control Trump.

At least with Clinton we already know what to expect. Pretty much the status quo.

so - "we know what we'll most likely get with Clinton and that's who we should vote for ..." :puke:

no wonder this country has so many elected people that do nothing to make this country better and safer ... :roll:
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

For me, Clinton's clear corruption, which, I am certain, crosses the boundary into felony criminality, tips the scale. I will hold my nose, and vote for Trump, whom will, at least, be good for the economy. Clinton will be good for nothing, except for provoking the acceleration of the end of the union.

As I review this thread, I find hilarious, the presentation of information from the NY Times as proof of anything... as if it were an honest broker. Seriously, people. That's the best you have???

Any suggestion that Clinton will moderate her stance and abandon the left borders on insanity. She will, as always, work only with the left. Democrats in power will shove their agenda down the throats of those they declare to serve ( see Obamacare) They know what is good for us.

Trump, whether you like it or not, is a "dealer". He lives for and by the negotiation. That means, give AND take. I don't care how evil you may believe him to be, he clearly knows how to work with people, including those whom may not like him. Kindly identify a single successful negotiation concluded by Hillary. I have all year.

Trump knows how to work with people? With whom has he worked? Republicans? No. Democrats? No. Independents, which seems to be his platform, even though many Conservatives think he's actually a Democrat based upon his history? No.

Trump doesn't even work with his own campaign manager. He just fires one and replaces him with another.

As I said before, I don't like the options. Unfortunately, anyone I would actually want to see holding the Office doesn't want the job.

Maybe... That's a choice they made. The only one likely to gain from separating would be Ulster, which may well choose to rejoin Ireland. Scotland would be foolish... but, that's their problem.

As of 2014 there were 318.9 million (roughly) in our GREAT country and this ***** Clinton and that ****tard Trump are our choices ??????

:shock:

She's a real piece of trash, no need to even point out why since it's been done already.

Then you have this guy who knows jack-spit about international politics and makes himself look stupid and he's the one that's supposed to represent our GREAT country? That's pretty 'bigly'.

A personal friend took over a plumbing business started by his grandfather. He got a contract at the Trump casino in NJ. Trump reneged on $335,000 and put him out of business. He's done it to a bunch of people. This is typical. He's done it a lot. No thanks.

I think I read about this in the Washington Post. Or maybe it was the New York Times.

Sorry... I'll wait for Paul Harvey to tell me "the rest of the story". Among other things, I suspect Trump hasn't personally dealt with a subcontractor in decades... and, his corporations having had dealings with literally tens of thousands of contractors and employees, I can't help but wonder where the rest of these stories of horrible treatment of contractors and employees are... you KNOW the Clintoon campaign is digging furiously, yet, the crickets are still deafening...

Most likely the Times. They haven't vetted a story that is favorable to the left in decades... and, frequently publish outright falsehoods as a result. They ceased being an actual news source at the beginning of the century. smh...

Well, for what it's worth, Red State, which is (obviously) a conservative talking points outlet, is reporting that Donald Trump is pocketing any campaign contributions he receives.

The rest of the story is that the casino filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Trump proudly boasts all the time about how he has "used, brilliantly, the laws of the country" to further his interests. So, I suppose you can applaud him for that, but don't think for a minute that doesn't mean he didn't screw others over in doing so. Maybe that's his plan to solve the national debt too.

as bad as the choices are, hopefully the voters will show that this country will not tolerate politicians who do nothing & lie

there are a lot of people in this country that are fed up with what is happening in DC - if you don't vote you're just as bad and most of the 318+ million will not

He's a business person... stuff happens.

OTOH, what of a woman whom dithered over appearances rather than responding to the desperate plight of Americans in Benghazi (btw, whom do YOU want responding to the 3 AM phone call... clearly, we already KNOW how Clinton responds)... whom has not a single success of significance in all of her years of "puplic (LOL) service", who was disinterested in compliance with security rules that she agreed to follow when she became SecState, and who profited from "speaking engagements" with parties involved in negotiations with the State Department... we all know what that really was. Who is currently under legitimate Criminal investigation, and whom is very clearly corrupt to the core... but, that's no big deal...

It would be nice if people actually knew what the hell they were talking about before condemning someone. But to hell with everyone's constitutional rights but mine, right?

The facts of the law in question are these:

18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information

(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information—
(1) concerning the nature, preparation, or use of any code, cipher, or cryptographic system of the United States or any foreign government; or
(2) concerning the design, construction, use, maintenance, or repair of any device, apparatus, or appliance used or prepared or planned for use by the United States or any foreign government for cryptographic or communication intelligence purposes; or
(3) concerning the communication intelligence activities of the United States or any foreign government; or
(4) obtained by the processes of communication intelligence from the communications of any foreign government, knowing the same to have been obtained by such processes—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.
(b) As used in subsection (a) of this section—

The term “classified information” means information which, at the time of a violation of this section, is, for reasons of national security, specifically designated by a United States Government Agency for limited or restricted dissemination or distribution;

The terms “code,” “cipher,” and “cryptographic system” include in their meanings, in addition to their usual meanings, any method of secret writing and any mechanical or electrical device or method used for the purpose of disguising or concealing the contents, significance, or meanings of communications;

The term “foreign government” includes in its meaning any person or persons acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of any faction, party, department, agency, bureau, or military force of or within a foreign country, or for or on behalf of any government or any person or persons purporting to act as a government within a foreign country, whether or not such government is recognized by the United States;

The term “communication intelligence” means all procedures and methods used in the interception of communications and the obtaining of information from such communications by other than the intended recipients;

The term “unauthorized person” means any person who, or agency which, is not authorized to receive information of the categories set forth in subsection (a) of this section, by the President, or by the head of a department or agency of the United States Government which is expressly designated by the President to engage in communication intelligence activities for the United States.

Now, then ... we don't know the actual contents of those e-mails. The FBI does and they say there is nothing to prosecute. Now the matter is in the hands of the Department Of Justice, of which the FBI is a branch.

I'm not saying Hilary is innocent but I am saying those e-mails have to have contained very specific types of information to have broken the law and since we are not privileged to the contents we don't know if she broke the law.

But to hell with innocent until proven guilty, right? That's only for people we like.

The FBI did state that the emails contained sensitive information but they decided not to prosecute - that's OK with me

I'm only pointing to the fact that the slug claimed that none of the emails contained classified or secret information - NONE

that is a lie - ergo, Hilary Clinton lied to 'cover' herself, just like her buddy, Bill

go ahead and spout all the defensive crap you want - The FBI investigation shows that the slug lied - end of story
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
