This is a great story that demonstrates how hard work and dedication can help you achieve your goals. To read and fathom what Cousins has overcome throughout his sports life is remarkable. Based on his past, I think the Redskins are in good hands at QB for the future.

He is very talented, driven and extremely affable a very rare combination.

Yes, he borders on OCD in his preparations for games. His ceiling is much higher than I originally thought, not because of his raw talent, but because of the way he studies the game.

Re: You Gotta Like This Read...
It all has sort of a "Rudy" quality to it. His heart and passion for seeking greatness is a quality that hundreds if not thousands of others who are more "physically gifted" often lack, leading to sports lives lost in the unanswerable question of what could have been.
For Cousins, my next hope is that the passion starts to bleed burgundy and gold. It's almost like there has been that chip on his shoulder, maybe living in the shadow of the RGIII hype, and this was never the place he wanted to become the next great QB. As stories move from his past to the future with contract talks, his love for this franchise (or lack thereof) will be very telling. I hope we retain him and he finally comes to know what DC love for its QB feels like.
Yes, Kirk, WE LIKE THAT!!!
