 WOW - you obviously don't understand what it means to be a fan of the Redskins - did you watch the Redskins in the '70s & '80s
you seem to just want to be a 'winner' at the end - I could not imagine not watching a whole season, hoping the Redskins can find a way to win each game - especially against the pukes, the giants and the eagles

I also want the team to 'earn' each and every title - IMO "taking" a 14-2 season with 2 losses to the pukes each year is UNBEARABLE

good luck with trying to convince a Redksins fan that it's OK to lose a game or 2 .... any game, let alone to the pukes [-X

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

btw - I remember the Redskins knocking Roger Staubach out of a game and a really hopleless back up QB came in and won the game
the guy did not amount to much in the NFL but he was unbelievable that day ...

we need to squash the pukes this Sunday and every game we play against them, just because we can

while it is true that regardless the outcome Dallas ends the year bitter and disappointed with much to work
on in the new year..you technically have not won the game, all though it's highly favorable that you will win
stranger things have happen Moore could grow a brain play his heart out and ultimately win against you

or??? he could have a serious brain fart throws 12 interceptions and Dallas loses in one of the worst blow
out's in franchise history..as I said either way? Dallas goes home, with tons of crap to work on for 2016
and you get to play on at least for 1 more game - let's see how it all plays out from here?

Countertrey wrote:There should be but one mission, as always. Win, and if possible, dominate. That there is a question is disconcerting.

Winning requires teaching, losing requires learning - Tom Landry I picked this quote to demonstrate that no matter if you win/lose
come sunday? it doesn't ease the burden because football is not meant to be easy! it's meant to be hard, hard to learn, hard to teach
so even if you win you still lose ultimately because you have not yet mastered the art of the sport

Countertrey wrote:ve never understood this mentality. I hate Dallas more than any team, but I would take 14-2 with two losses to Dallas for the rest of my life rather than being worried about beating Dallas every season.
You cannot have lived through the history, and think this way. I cannot understand how you can not understand...[/quote]

I've heard Redskins fans say, they would live with going 2-14 as long as those 2 wins came against Dallas, so now I question what
does beating or losing to us prove? not a damn thing at all!! if the only 2 games ever played were just Dallas and Washington and
1 of those 2 would go onto be super bowl champion I could see it

but you haven't won a title since 91 when Gibbs was still the head coach!! and Dallas hasn't beat you in a meaningful game
since 95 when they won their last Lombardi title..since then we've pretty much gone back and forth, winning and losing to
each other for no real reason other than? we want the rivalry of the 70's to come alive, we want George Allen and Tom
Landry/Diron Talbert and Roger Staubach out there so we can feel that intense hatred like we did before

Yet all we are living now is a pipe dream fantasy of what was and shall never be again!!!! the "hate" has died, the rivalry
is dimished time to put the stupid stuff down, step back and realize that no matter how hard we try..there will never be
the real intensity we saw then in today's game

Yes how dare we say someone is ignorant for passing down their hate to a younger
generation manipulating fragile minds instead of doing what is right? which is allowing
them to have the ability to decide for themselves who they want to be fans of???

No.

Teaching your kids to hate the pukes is fundamentally the best practice across the board.

Of course a kid can later develop their own likes and dislikes, but show me a parent that doesn't pass down their beliefs and I'll show you a liar.

You don't have kids? Probably for the best... If so, do you teach them to give up on their team before the season is over? THAT'S some ignorance at its finest!

My kids LOVE to be like daddy! They enjoy sharing a common love for the Burgundy and Gold with Mommy, Daddy, Grandma(s) and Uncle... They also LOVE telling my many cowpuke friends that "..ewww the cowboys are YUCKY!"

To attack someone for passing down their fandom to the next generation, is borderline retarded. We aren't even talking religion, which is even more so forced upon the youth, which even then is up to the parents. So, get over yourself, and your crap-tastic team!

no teaching them to hate is a fundimental stumbling block in developement
that usually ends up. With the kids in court on some unrelated crime non
sports related but having to explain the ignorance, shame and failure of
their parents who did not right and now disgrace for what they did to them

Then I guess I'll be a damn fool then!!! and proudly I might add..because being a fool is better than being
an enabler which rips away at the innocence of youth and turns them into, criminals and disobedient brats
who are rebellious and are often on the worst end of punishment imaginable which does nothing to deter
the behavior and only makes them more corrupt

don't believe me?? think about every parent who has had to listen to their child talk back to them
gotten angry, hit them, destroyed the house, snuck away and not seen for days and weeks on end
only to be in court listening to charges brought against them that carry lifetime or even death
sentences..But "parents" who teach sports hate don't enable the children to use that in other
various forms? nope not at all!!!

TC's last post seems to indicate he is confusing healthy sports rivalry hate with evil. I am not. Neither is my son.

I hate the Cowboys. So does my son. He's out doing community service right now. I just taught guitar for 30 minutes for free.

All this hate for the Cowboys has clearly ripped away at the innocence of my son and turned him into a criminal and disobedient brat who is rebellious and who is often on the worst end of punishment imaginable which does nothing to deter his behavior and only makes him more corrupt.

Next thing you know I will have had to listen to my son talk back to me, making me angry which will cause me to hit him, causing him to destroy the house, sneak away for days and weeks on end, only to be in court listening to charges brought against him that carry lifetime or even death sentences.

Perhaps I should not have taught him healthy sports hate but rather, the evil kind of hate that really can lead to these terrible outcomes.

I guess TC has posted over a thousand times here in the last decade + because loves the Redskins. His posts also indicate that he loves and prefers the complexity of conspiracy theory explanations for things as simple as a quote by a DB over a far simpler explanation like ... he saw the replay and changed his mind.

Great place to start, the politically correct crowd says "hate" is healthy..proclaims confusion and is not evil..so explain why there is
violence at games? 1 man not that long ago shot and killed another fan outside of Cowboys stadium, over a mere disagreement over
sports. So where did this all come from? I'll bet a shiny new nickel it began with the "home" and I'd further add that a dad who is a
womanizing wife beater, while verbally berating the kids often physically abusing kids while implementing harsh rules that have no
mercy cause it's my way or the highway is a pretty damn good place to start

DarthMonk wrote:I hate the Cowboys. So does my son. He's out doing community service right now. I just taught guitar for 30 minutes for free.

^^^ thank you for proving my point about the broken home and where it all starts

Hate in general has ripped away the innocence and at one point you were a victim of this exact anarchy
until you became an enabler forfeiting your victim status

Hey Texas ****head. Thanks for clarifying for the rest of the board what an idiot you are - as if we didn't already know. You were the one who made the last post right? It wasn't some hacker right? You were not coerced right?

I love how disproving you proves your point. I love how you can put the word hate in quotes when referring to healthy sports rivalries and it's all good but my cowboy hating son who is doing community service is some sort of broken home victim.

Please please please resume eating your corn riddled sh!t.

And guess what - I taught him to hate the Cowboys but he did make up his own mind. It's very much like the way I teach kids to take a derivative using the power rule but they end up making up their own mind about it when they use the limit definition and get the same result. I taught my son to hate the Cowboys when he was younger and now that he's old enough to make decisions on his own he realizes how correct it is to hate that steaming pile of blue-starred sh!t.

Its funny to hear a person, who has "it all figured out," yet has no real life experience. A person with no kids, or life for that matter, explaining how to be a parent is the funniest *sh$t* I've read all day.

I doubt you'd find a willing partner to procreate with TExas bum, but on the off chance you Bill Cosby'd someone-

You go ahead and let your kids talk back to you, use your words bro! Tell me that doesn't enable them to disrespect their elders, further fueling the nation's biggest threat: The Entitlement complex.. and ill show you a liar.
