Absolutely not!!!! We need consistency. Who wants to be a head coach with no security with this team? Stick with Jay and see where it goes.

*f$ck*. Jay. Gruden. *f$ck* him. *f$ck*. Him.

He has zero control over this team. None. He's not a good coach. You want to see where it's gonna go? He's one EXACTLY one away game during his entire tenure.

What the *f$ck* more do u need to see?

Dallas won this at the LOS. Action Jackson dunderhead play hurt them also. The lousy coverage on the kickoff and the utter inability to run the football all were factors but Dallas owned the line of scrimmage. Casell had time to throw and Cousins was under duress most of the night. Very disappointing loss.

I don't agree. The right coach combined with this GM will do well.

I agree. Build the roster and keep Jay in place. I am sick of the Snyder carousel.

Consistency for the sake of having it gets you nothing. Gruden is a loser.

Dallas ran the same blitz over and over again. Grudens offense didn't adjust at any point during the game. But, you know. Let's keep a coach that can't adjust for the sake of keeping him.

On one play in the fourth quarter, Lee showed blitz early and LeRiebus didn't even look at him as he went up the middle. LeRiebus is THE biggest liability on the line.

Relax. It's football! Any given Sunday brother. Yeah, it's frustrating, but what are you going to do? We need consistency.

No, it's not any given Sunday. We didn't loose by chance, we lost because we were out-coached. We have a HC that has won ONE road game... One. Please justify the need to keep him around if he goes 2 full seasons with one road win?

To me what's most important is getting players in place. Firing coaches every other year sends a wrong message to potential coaches. Stick with a coach, build up a team and see where it goes. Less is more.

I think the kicking game lost this game. If hopkins kicks it out of bounds, there's no KO return at the end. he missed a chip-shot FG, too.

Wasn't a chip shot, and if he kicked it OB that's a penalty.. I assume you mean through the end zone... Cuz that's so easy to do.

Hopkins scored more points then anyone, you can hardly blame him for the poor play calling and inability to score TDs off of all those gift wrapped turnovers the D got us.

This is squarely on the coach for play calling and lack of adjusting. Kirk missing a wide open Djax in the end zone was far worse then Hopkins barely missing only his 2nd f2f all year (1 was blocked too)

Well, the more the NFL becomes a flag football league the less interest will
be in it. The NFL is going in the wrong direction and they will pay for it. The NFL will also pay for its politically correct leanings.

Of course you'd blame Cousins. And Djax was NOT wide open. They even said it on the broadcast. DJax fumbling was the game. Period.

I see the 'halftime adjustments' were ineffective as ever. Pathetic. I'll forgive gruden having an anemic game plan for the 1st half, but when you come out for the 2nd half you do not reset the game plan to page 1 on repeat what has already failed. The team has more depth than that, give the players some credit and let them play. Open the playbook up and rely on the talent you have.
We were out coached.
I'll tip my hat to Scott, Foster played really well.
Edited: I'm a Cousins guy but he needed to step up, he needed to inspire and he failed. I believe it was his job to recognize those stupid run plays were doomed and should have changed the plays. I think that that was his oppertunity to rise above the coaching and he came up short.

Cousins led the team to a tying touchdown with 1:15 on the clock. What more do you want from the man? He can't play defense and special teams too.
