The last game before the bye - bring on the Buccaneers

Post by SkinsJock »

we all need this game and it's at home so i'm looking for a lot of effort from our guys before they have 2 weeks away from contact
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Sounds like we might have Trent and Jordan Reed Sunday. That would be huge! Still have to be cleared from the concussion stuff. Keep your fingers crossed.

Likely out still: Lichtensteiger, Culliver, and Hall. Maybe Chris Thompson?

As some people have pointed out, we have a knack for making these rookie QBs look all pro. Hoping we can get after Winston early.

Hopefully the Skins get blown out by Tampa Bay at home so Gruden can get fired and the interim coach can play RGIII so he can remind everyone how much he sucks when he refuses to protect himself and gets placed on IR again. Then we can finish the season with Dolt McCoy, who inspires no one on either side of this idiotic debate. Then we can all sit here suffering through yet another miserable season together and bicker at one another over trivial minutiae. Fail to the Redskins, no victories, fans on the warpath, want to kill the Danny.

Reed and Williams were cleared to play. We will win this game. I've been saying all week long that I think Cousins and Morris will have bounce back games. Silence the critics for 2 more weeks. Just win.

They “should” win this game which is why this game worries me. All the pressure seems to be on the Skins, when it really shouldn't be. I think Gruden’s “Code Red” remarks are the wrong approach, but that the life of a coach who doesn’t have job security. Couple that with Tampa coming off a bye week and we seem to be that team that inferior teams feel they can beat.... Homecoming weekend, so all the Redskins greats will be in the building. :D

We need to get revenge for that awful game last year.

I sincerely hope [-o< that you have a terrible weekend and especially around the 3 hours of game time when it actually gets worse for you

true dat - it's key to get a great game from everyone, but the defense has to give us a lot to be happy about on Sunday

I was posting this sentiment on behalf of another member of the site who apparently is reluctant to post it himself lest he be labeled a troll.

I want to establish the run and stop the run. Those are two key things missing from the last few games. The final score is irrelevant. If we do those two things the game will be an easy win.

This season is just about at the 1/2 way point and our record is not good.

Do you all (ya'll) still see the Glass as 1/2 FULL.........???

all that really mattered this season was to see improvement - those that were looking for anything more are just dreaming and have no clue ...

this franchise is now in the hands of guys that know what they are doing and while it might take a year or 2 - we are seeing improvement

great game to go into the bye week ....

Guys plural? As in more than one?

Who are you referring to?
RIP Sean Taylor. You will be missed.
