You mean...you can't make all of that money staying at home, sitting on your butt, and playing X-Box or Playstation all day/night? Man!
Give Snyder credit. He found his niche and ran with it.

"Telecom" industry? If that's what you call selling long distance phone cards then I guess you are right. He also used to sell spring break trips to students.

I agree Snyder meddles more than he should, but you'll never hear a redskins fan bitch about how cheap he is. Fact is, the guy loves the Redskins just as much as all of us do. He's willing to do whatever it takes to take us back to the promised land. He just hasn't figured out the best way to do it yet. Hopefully Joe can teach him the right way =)

I agree with most of what you said. what I don't agree with is this..."He just hasn't figured out the best way to do it yet"... you see he has figured it out He hire Joe Gibbs! and like most of us here he's not going to question or second guess Mr Gibbs even if it kills him he will let Gibbs do his thing and we will all love every minute of it

Now, I'm not knocking Joe Gibbs, but I thought that Robiskie was a great choice to replace Norv. I thought Schottenheimer was a great choice to replace Robiskie. I thought Spurrier would really light it up if we could get him the guys he needed. Hell, I even liked seeing Petitbon get his chance, since he knew the system inside and out.
I don't want to heap too much expectation on Coach Gibbs. At the end of the day, it depends on players buying into your brand of football, and going balls-out on every play for you.
So far, so good.

You make a good point, but the difference is, Joe and his coaches are adept at "making" his players believe and go all out. The few that don't, aren't around long to influence the ones that do.
My thoughts on all the coaches since Gibbs are that Petibone shoulda been given another season, Norv was always an OC...not a HC, Robiskie probably wasn't HC material either, and we should have done everything to keep him at his old post(probably meaning never giving him HC in the first place, Shotty was going the right direction and never should have been let go, and spurrier while a great college coach just simply cannot coach in the NFL.
I have full faith in Gibbs, probably much more than he has in himself. Coach is just one of those guys who understands what it takes to succeed. It doesn't matter if it's football, nascar, or pickle ball. He's gonna analyze it until the bulb goes on and suddenly it's all downhill.

I agree with every thing you said here. I would add that Norv should have been fired years before he was. He had a losing record against every team in the NFC East, including the now-departed Cardinals. BTW, what the hell is pickle ball?
