This business about the league not letting RGIII play has an odor to it. How can we accept their findings over DeflateGate when this is such an obvious sham. They have lost all credibility. They sit in their NYC Tower and manage the games, manage the teams and manage the players.
The NFL has over-reached and regulate everything.
RGIII not cleared to play? Really?

We can't cut him if he's not cleared. The cap hit would be way too much.

Don't care about RGIII, it is the politics behind the scenes that remind me of of the Daly political machine in Chicago. RGIII not released to play? he'll be released when Godell says he is and Godell is talking with Snyder, it is in Snyders' interest to have RGIII not released. Think it thru. It is not coincidence that the decision to start RGIII has been taken out of the Skins' hands, Snyder saw oppertunity and has taken advantage of it.

The Washington Post reports that Dr. Robert N. Kurtzke resigned from the neurological consultant program operated by the NFL and the NFL Players Association. According to the report, Kurtzke will continue to consult with Griffin until he’s fully cleared to return to the field, but otherwise Kurtzke is done working with the NFL.

We simply can't help ourselves. We must lower the bar for ineptitude at every opportunity. I can hardly wait for the fine that Roger Goodell will be levying for the team falsifying an injury report.

Everybody knows that the current QB situation is the result of a compromise between two camps in the FO, right?
So, why not give Mara and his sidekick Goodell another opportunity to consider the opportunity to levy fines and/or remove draft picks?
People wanted to believe that Daniel Snyder had changed. No, a grass snake is still a grass snake (term invented for the Danny by a reporter of the WashPost).
Funny, it started already:

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!
