Draft grade :eyes roll:

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

The coaches have been paying similar compliments to the rookies.

I wonder if this means the Crowder incident was just a malicious hack and we're basically beyond it.

How many years has the team "won" the off-season and then won three or four games in the real season? I'd rather have outside "experts" unimpressed. HTTR.

under Snyder's 'management' this franchise considered the 'off season trophy' a huge marketing coup ...

we are now managed by NFL guys and this will be a season of building a real franchise ... not just an 'off season title winner'
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I consider Scot's opinion to be as good as any outside expert.

^^ +1 - Scott is in charge here

I cannot imagine him staying if Snyder gets 'involved' - Snyder knows that and will give these guys an opportunity to succeed

I think we'll see improvement - for the first time since Snyder took over we'll see what a franchise looks like with real NFL guys in charge

Jay Gruden needs to show that he's not just another very good OC and can get the players and coaches on the same page

Scott (& the FO) have set the table with judicious additions and he will make the changes he feels are needed as we remake this franchise
