I am one of Snyder's harsh critics here. I got pissed and lost faith in him when he canned Marty so I got a lot pent up anger towards Daniel Synder but I have to give the devil his due today. He hired Scot and judging by all the choices in FA and now the draft left the choices up to Scot. Even exercising the Griffin 5th year option looks more like a Scot ultimatum than a Snyder fanboy supportive move, today I am grateful and faintly hopeful.
Now they need to BOTH stay out of Gruden's hair and allow Jay to start whom he pleases and demonstrate a capacity to improve the team in 2015. We'll know the answer to that question early on by watching Griffin. If Robert is clueless in the pocket again but is starting I am going to conclude Snyder is still meddling. if Griffin is improved or one of the others is playing Gruden and Scot are their own men. That is an issue for another day, today I say thanks Snyder for not messing up the roster again. That's as appreciative as I can get for now.

Agreed. Seems like he has been hands off, and just being a fan like he should be. This has definitely been a McCloughan offseason

Snyder does deserve some credit but we'll see ...
Scot has done well but now the pressure is on both coaches and players to show improvement or you are GONE

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
