Welcome back Kai Forbath..!!!

Re-signed with Skins. Statistically, he is pretty good. Why are some people so "down" on him?

Leg strength, particularly on kickoffs. That's really it.

comparing his fg% to what we dealt with for years before him, and really compared to the top kickers im the league, I hope he stays for a long time. Ill take the shorter kickoffs. Make up for it with good special teams play and back teams up behind the 20.

^^ yaaaa... it sucks to see our previous Kickers leave and go probowl status on other teams too!! Suisham or Ga-No both kicking well...

Did we give up any KO TDs this past year? I think so.. missing Grahms big leg but cobra Kai sems to have better nerves when it counts. I really liked the kid who gave him a run for his money last offseason that we drafted in the 7th. Dunno whats become of him tho

Right. I'd like to see Tress Way take over KO's.

He has good states, in top 10 according to the NFL. The way our team is shaping up we need that killer kicker, he is the guy that will win the game.
He has the respect and support of his teammates, thats good enough for me. I've been critical of him and felt his leg weak, that can be a training issue.

Nick Novak is still out there starting too but isn't all that good.

I check in on how Suisham and Gano have performed every year or two. If you'll recall, Suisham was in a pretty bad rut here. At the time almost no one was sad to see him go.

I wish we had kept Gano, and said so at the time. Oh well.

I think Forbath is OK and only that. In today's league kickoffs are much more important, but as long as our man consistently splits the uprights I won't be calling for his head.

^^ ya Suisham sucked it up I think he did the same for the pukes before being a probowler in Pitt..

I agree about the kickoffs.. and was really hoping the 7th rounder best him out last year.

**Tress Wau DOES have some serious leg power.. if he can produce on KOs, learning the onsides kick shouldn't be to tough
