You're a better man than I. I haven't touched foot in that stadium in years, as I refuse to support this organization in any fashion. I view my monetary support as a form of encouragement to Snyder.

This team will never succeed under him.

Well Chris I did give up my tickets two years ago…I only go when I’m given a ticket or get a cheap one. It’s interesting and a diversion for me and a chance to see some friends. I go not expecting anything and just enjoy a football game. It almost gotten to the point where I feel sorry for them…I think its actually harder to be this inept than it is to be good!!

I apologize if I came off as judgmental, that wan't my intention. I live far away, the traffic sucks, the team sucks and the facility sucks. If I got a cheap ticket and live closer, I might go too.

I'm just fed up bruh. I'm 30, haven't seen more than 1 year of football that was any good.

And they're not just garbage, they're disrespectful. The sarcasm and smart-assery that Bruce displayed on new years eve, it was beyond disrespectful to the fan base.

Not at All Chris...Your sentiments are shared by a lot of people including myself…it’s sad how low my expectations for this team are now…I’ve never taken it to serious.

I'll 'follow them' but like a few of you I'm pissed off - I've been buying into the BS and I've had enough ...

Dan Snyder is the cause of all this and until he stops interfering there's no amount of great coaching or great playmaking that will help

fans that believe the Redskins could get better under Dan Snyder's guidance and decision making are stupid and deluded

I know, I was once one of them ...
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I hope he felt like the embarrassed horse's ass that he should have. I know how mad it made me. Hopefully, that actually leads to trying something new (e.g. hiring a real GM).
I know he got a pretty good zip on the ball. He has a quick release. . . once I seen a coupla' throws, I was just like 'Yeah, he's that dude.'"

Let's be honest. For many of us, even if this team is a train-wreak or a finely tuned machine, we ARE STILL going to following the Skins.

:) The Redskins have hired a lot of 'outstanding' NFL people during Snyder's tenure ...

it's not that ... Dan Snyder has never really let them just do their jobs for long enough to be effective or helpful ...

I'm all for this new hiring and I understand that Dan Snyder is still going to want to be a part of the process - that's fine, he's the owner

Dan Snyder has got to start being a part of the process and finding a way to let these guys do their jobs without his influencing them

he has not done that and he's the reason that the Redskins franchise has floundered since he took over

it will take time to make things right here but it will not happen if Dan Snyder continues to 'help' these guys do their jobs

After all that we've been through here with this bozo owning and ruining things, I still cannot imagine not watching the Redskins play

DEHog - I think he's a fan that just cannot let go and loves the thought that he can make things right here ...

he's got a lot of very influential people and friends that are 'encouraging and influencing' him

Marty could have helped but Dan did not want Marty to get all the 'recognition' ...

Gibbs could have helped but he wanted to let Dan continue to be involved ...

Mike could have helped but Dan & Bruce undermined his authority - Mike got Dan to hire a GM he mistakenly thought would help him

Dan Snyder can help this franchise and get a helluva lot of credit if he just let's the NFL guys do their thing

Dan Snyder has shown that he 'makes the right move' and then he screws it up by inserting himself in the process

here we go again - I'm hopeful that the franchise is now heading in a new direction and under new management

Dan has done what he always seems to do before each season, he gives us all hope ... then his ego forces him to screw it all up

That just doesn't compute for me (not that's it's wrong) you would think he would change after failing not once, not twice, not three, not....

I'm not making excuses for what has happened - If I was in his shoes I'd like to think that I would have found some guys that know what they're doing to run it - why he hasn't done that before now is part of the reason I have grave doubts about this new GM's chances

plus he's lied or mistakenly led us to believe things for so long that I find it very hard to take him at his word

he's the owner and he's not going away - if I had to bet on anything, I'd say that things are not going to change here - how can they?

it's a part of being a Redskins fan under Dan Snyder's ownership ... every year he lifts our hopes and every year he screws us

one can only hope ....

He hasn't because his ego is so big that he is unable to accept the fact that he might possibly, every once in a while, be wrong. I doubt anything will change him this time.
