Is the defense really that far off from being good?

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

anyone that states they think this O line is not the main reason for the failure of our offense is just STUPID and out of touch

Yeah clearly you have a more informed opinion than Chris C00ley.

I'm sure the criticisms of our offensive line are valid, but what CC and many other people are saying is that other teams are able to win games with lines that are no better than ours because their quarterbacks don't suck.

It's where you think the players on your team are better than they really are, because you know them.

I believe Riley (and Amerson maybe) is a great example of that. A lot of posters keep saying, he's good, keep him, we don't need another ILB...I believe he's marginal at best.

hah. That's a great point! It really hits home when one of our players is released and nobody picks them up. For example, I was completely surprised Evan Royster wasn't on an NFL roster this season. Good grief! How many teams lost RBs this year???

Anyone else with me on thinking moving D Hall to FS would be a great move? He has done a really good job in coverage for us, he is very smart, and his leadership and attitude is needed on our team.

He actually said he wanted to try it and there is a thread about it.
