I cannot believe how bad the officiating has been in this game ....

or

how bad a game #39 (Amerson) is playing ...
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Is it the distance they're playing off the receivers or does he just look lost? I feel like I can never get a full look at his play.

Gruden has a lot to answer for - this guy has had a terrible first season

we can complain about players and coaches but there is no accountability here and that is on the HC

I think it's gotta be both....He got lucky on that 2nd and goal on the pukes last poss. Williams had him beat BUT he was playing way too far off of him.

Maybe its just me, but it looks tome that he's "feeling out" the team. I'm frustrated with him too, but there have been a few spurts of nice plays called.

Just don't know if its luck, or if he's trying a little bit of everything to see what to do next year. IDK

I know its hard to keep the qb out of the blame game, but there isnt a qb who would be able to keep up with what this D gives up.. as good as we played in Dallas times that by 100 in how poor we played today.
HC. DC. Neither did their diligence in preparation.

Like last game the hungrier team won. Our guys are booking tickets for vacation where theirs are booking tickets to the playoffs. Fitting end to an utterly disappointing season.
glad its over

I'm seeing some improvements with RG3 though. I was done with him a few weeks back, but he's getting the ball out quicker more often, and he throws the ball away if there's nothing there. Pretty weird thing to equate to progress, but its better than forcing every pass.

There were plenty of plays where he did the opposite of what I just said, but its starting to sink infor him.

I'm skeptical, but there's reason to wait and see for me.

The team and coaches need to get in sync.

Youd think with a subpar OL that RG3 would have a FASTER clock....but he doesn't. Im tired of this pistol crap cuz he cant drop back. Then he always fumbles. Wasted PICKS. I was high on him and now its obvious he is a project as an NFL qb. Hopefully Rex Ryan don't get any HC offers and he comes here to coach the defense. Haslett is a bum, Ive been saying that from day 1. He don't rush on 3rd and 16 in their end but does on 3rd and short in our Redzone....LITTLE TOO LATE. Do we take the safety from Bama (Collins) of another CB from Mich St. (Trea Waynes)....TWO people from my alma mater Bradford HS will be 1st round picks this year....M.Gordon and T. Waynes

The thing is, who would WANT to come here with the defensive and media messes? I don't think money would be enough to lure him throughthe BS.

Hope to God it isn't true, but there's been reports that Gruden likes Haz as the D cord.

Youd think with Cutler and Vic being the top qbs in FA and a rather weak draft class wed be a little more tolerant of the guy who brought hope back to DC.
Another year to heal.
Another full offseason to improve on his pocket skills
Another FA and draft to amp up the lines.

He hasnt even put up 5pick games like Ohno and Sheli.. yet those two ALWAYS have the support of their coach and fanbase.

Build the trenches. Replace the D.C.. . Move Amerson to nickel? Or safety? I thought he was a ballhawk?!
Improve the D with all we can this year- teams like Az, Sea, KC, and SF lean on a stout D and solid run game so that the qb has to do less to win. That should be our approach until we find out if we have our guy or not. Then if we have a chance for someone better, hes got it made when he arrives.

Ohno has become elite(r) with his solid Oline- which has beefed up an already good rungame- and made his passes easier ontop of the better protection

OK - that game should be a huge wake up call for this franchise

everyone, from the top down needs to be held accountable - we all have seen some bad stuff on the field but that all starts at the top

PLEASE TELL ME who is holding the GM and the HC accountable for a horrific season

we need a better GM and he needs to get into the HC's face and demand more

and after we get a GM - Jay Gruden needs to demand a lot more from his OC and DC

this stuff stinks and very little is due to bad play by the players

most of what is wrong here is due to a lack of a real GM and ZERO accountability for terrible jobs by the GM, HC and DC

we do need better players but more importantly we need a real GM

THEN

he needs to fire guys if they are not getting more from the players

Well not too many better options out there, it would have to be somebody like that. I was watching Kevin Greene when he was a LB coach with Packers but he has taken a break to be with family. Rex just got dealing with more drama and BS in NY.....this aint that bad. Winning takes care of a lot of things

Agreed on all counts.

Only thing about Amerson that's confusing as hell is the potential he showed last year.

Hate to say it,but the main difference between us and the Cowboys is better draft choices. This directly relates to the GM. Their owner is worst than ours, but they're a winning team.

I think our biggest doom factor is an owner who likes the personnel as they are.

Bruce is great with the financial side though...kinda like a retarded genius.

Get rid of Vinny and get a GM and you guys still want to call for his head...he really hasn't busted with draft picks and we got screwed with the cap. ITS ALL BOUT STABILITY, cant keep firing GMs and coaches....Some has to do with coaching BUT the players are the ones out there so everytime we shoot ourselves in the foot.....is on the players...cant line up illegally or have personal fouls. Every team benefits from those automatic 1st downs with illegal contact/holding and hands to the face.

They had draft choices while the Rams owned ours
