What needs to happen next off season.

So things are very crazy in dc right now... and we can either do what we always do... or do what a team that wants to be competitive does.

First we know Grudens staying now. Good decision I say, no one can right this ship. The man speaks whats on his mind and has the respect of that locker room.

I think QB should be our least concern. The good teams out there you can plug in any decent qb and have a shot at the playoffs atleast. Drafting a new qb would just give us another qb to ruin. Financially it makes sense to keep robert IF he can get along with coach and the players. If not the only half decent qb out there is sanchez.

In FA and the draft we need to focus on a healthy mix of vets and young talent. I say draft high for center, and right guard/tackle, big guys. Draft a good safety, then just go for best available from there. In FA I would look for a top ranked corner to play opposite of d hall and a top ranked pass rusher, then focus on depth for the defense and o line.

Do those things, then draft a qb to NOT START for atleast 1-2 years. We need to get the team a QB away from super bowl contention first, not try to buy a superbowl with a qb just to ruin him like we have done so many times.
