All things considered... a good result.
Chad finally breaks one for 94 yards to give us the lead. It's been a loooooong time coming, and it was awesome to watch. Nice that he did it against one of his former teams.
Our offense is moving the ball pretty well, too bad Deuce is running all over us... 122 yards at the half... ouch.
Hopefully we can hold on to the lead.
Brandon Winey is doing very well... he just keeps running Darren Howard past the QB, and Howard's been hot. (touch wood) Good half by Winey though regardless.

Two guys that were bright spots - Winey did very well for the second week in a row.
Russell did well - watched him move that very large frame to tackle DM just about anywhere the guy ran the ball including 15 yards downfield on a run right - no one else could tackle him - you know who did? Russell. The man could be a monster with a good offseason.
Another good spot - Dockery looks better with each game and Friedman isn't bad - if he could clean the wax out of the ears.
Gardner needs to sit to give Russell and Jacobs time. I think McCants, Coles and Russell or Jacobs would be a good line up to see out there to see what the two guys we haven't seen too much can do.
Trung looked good today on some decent runs, but the rb by committee system wasn't in full force - which was one reason we were successful - speed followed by power and back to speed. It can work well when the team uses it right.

I guess fortunately I didn't get to see the game...family holiday travel. I watched the score however and couldn't...well I guess I could believe the result. Another blown lead?
Saw Trung's stats....wow. See that JJ and others are questioning the playcalling this morning....not good.
And pick up from what I've read that Champ had another tough outing....not that I think it will hurt his marketability of self-worth.
Lastly, sounds like our special teams played better than ususal, with JM returning a KO for a TD! Been a while since that happened.
This is all from what I've read...am I close?

God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

Trung ran well, but the stats came from the line.
Champ didn't have a tough outing, Champ had the worst game of his career. Horn schooled him. It had nothing to do with system etc... he just flat out got burned time and time again. IMO, he was lucky to only get two pass interference penalties. He just looked a step or two behind all day.

Overall good special teams play, but a lot of Halls' kickoffs were short and led to good field position for NO. Would like to see him get it deeper - he obviously has the leg.
