I still don't see us winning (but please God let me eat crow), but . . . this has been an entertaining game to watch. Far better than I was expecting and about as good as we could have hoped for, IMHO.
I'd agree. Outmatched on the O-Line, but playing with heart. I live in Richmond and am tired of hearing about Russell Wilson. This second half is showing he's not the wunderkind everyone makes him out to be.

Yep, we are finally out of that bad hole. I hope we can pull this off. Upset is coming guys relax. That kick was the dumbest thing sense the swinging gate

Now the offense is in the mud.

WRONG - we showed in the 3rd qtr that we can play with the best team in the NFL ...
that was 'crunch time' - now we have to just continue to play well - winning is almost impossible
we need to keep up the effort
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

LOL. You guys have got to get a grip.

Wilson is one of the best QBs in the NFL ... can't wait for Griffin to elevate his game to that level

Ya your right Irn. I get caught up in it. I mean you have to admit it was a bad call though

Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Game Day Thread
That damn onside kick is costing the Skins field position. The Skins played well in the 3rd quarter but the field position caused by the botched onside kick is still killing the Skins.

Damnit, Perry!
Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Game Day Thread
Seahawks are beating themselves!
Re: Redskins vs. Seahawks Game Day Thread
Aw man, we can't lose Riley. He's been balling tonight.

Well, he's not going anywhere, unfortunately.

Oh well. It's another Tom Brady situation, I think: if you began hating him early in his career, you were in for a long dozen seasons of NFL action. Thank God Wilson doesn't have his talents and likelihood of longevity plus the personality of Richard Sherman.

Nah. I didn't mind it. Yeah it didn't work, but it's good to try things like that occasionally. Like taking a shot downfield on offense.
If we played it all conservative tonight, we wouldn't still be in the game.

Oh yes, it's challenged. We got this.

Well, he's not going anywhere, unfortunately.I am OK with him. It's easy to hate him, because he's on a team with abrasive personalities and Seahawks fans went from irrelevant to unbearable in about 2 seasons. I find myself directing some of my disgust toward him, but he seems like a good guy, hard worker, etc.

One thing I can't stand about Wilson is his Houdini tricks to keep plays alive . . . he never seems to get karmic justice for it. (And Robert gets more than his fair share.) He also tends to get away with intentional grounding and plays like the one we just saw which will be reviewed: bending the rules, just barely escaping the D, and making a big play.
I admit that really gets on my nerves.

I think wilson has brned them at least 6 times with that play.
Wilson displays exacly what Griffin lacks and will always lack

Wilson is frustrating, but a solid QB. Would love to have him on our side.
