SURVEY

Predicted rains from Hurricane Charley could make for a messy preseason football game between the Washington Redskins and the Carolina Panthers Saturday night.

Storm Center4 meteorologist Tom Keirein said the first rains from the advancing hurricane are expected to arrive Saturday evening. But the heaviest rains will hit the D.C. region Saturday night into Sunday morning.

And Kierein said Charley could deliver wind gust up to 40 mph.

Redskin fans who plan on going to the game are advised to be prepared for a lot of rain.

I think it's my fault. It apparently only rains on the rare occurance that I actually get to go to a 'skins game. ;)

I don't know, I won't be there. That usually applies with me and:

Grocery lines, Movie lines, actually any lines and traffic lanes. :cry:

At least it will be warm! That Dallas game in December last year in rain/sleet was brutal.
