Redskins on Madden 2005....

Just wondering if anyone else has played the Redskins on 2005? The Defense plays alot better than last year and you can win the game just running Portis every down. I cant stop playing it. Ive relegated the wife to the upstairs TV she not happy, said something about calling the lawyers soon.. oh well...

Hey, you might want to post Madden topics in the Lounge forum from now on.

To answer your question, yes they are better on defense.

Running Portis will win you games also, try it on All Madden it'll force u to throw/mix up ur plays.

Thanks, That is the key to winning ,the mix of your plays. I play alot of guys and all they do is pass dont take long to shut them down.

This is the first time that I didn't buy it the day it came out. I've read up several articles on the game, and it sounds even better than last year's which is hard to top. I should be purchasing it in the next few days or so, can't wait to see how our "new " team looks on it.

I started a franchise with them. I beat the Panthers in the first preseason game 53-43. I'm on Pro. :lol:

Skincity will be able to take this one, I've been so underwhelmed with Madden this year that I haven't touched it in a couple of weeks.

Better fair catch it if anyone gets passed your blockers. You guys notice that Taylor is a monster in the game too? I'm having alot of low scoring games like 7-3 or 10-7.

Great game...
Beat the Bucs 119-0 on All-Pro and 4 min quarters. Just finished my 1st season. Some highlights include...
SuperBowl Champs - undefeated
Pro Bowl - Rock, Portis, Cool

ey, Hill(LG me), Samuels, Thomas, Jansen, Wynn, Smoot, Springs and Taylor.
Great season, now moving onto All-madden.

Don't play much online right now, but will be on every so often.
