Here's a cool article about how Jay Gruden could use Jordan Reed to create mismatches utilizing the zebra personnel (3 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB)

Combine this with Gruden saying how he'll give Griffin the ok to audible and shift protection, as well as getting all of our high powered weapons on the field at one time, I'm hoping we'll see a much more efficient offense this year. Improving 3rd down conversions, and spreading the ball around should hopefully take a lot of the pressure off our defense.
Can't wait for Sept 7th!

When I saw the name of this thread, I thought it meant there was some issue between the refs and Jordan.
