Re: 2014 Redskins NFL Mock Draft
LOL there will be about 442 mock drafts saying who we will and won't pick .... i actually think this years free agent class is huge for our skins even more so not having a 1st round pick we need players who can step in and make an impact
TOUCHDOWN .....WASHINGTON REDSKINS !!!!
Re: 2014 Redskins NFL Mock Draft
Thankfully we have good guys here now - they are going to have to really do a great job for us with both free agency and the draft
the best thing is these guys have shown that they don't care about the players rep or marketability like Snyder and Cerrato -
We really need our FO to help us out here and bring in a bunch of good players that can help make some of the good guys we already have here even better

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Am I the only one wishing Joe Gibbs would be our GM?

As much as I loved Gibbs the Coach... I never saw any indication that he was an able evaluator of talent or team management. I would not want Joe as GM...Neo wrote:Am I the only one wishing Joe Gibbs would be our GM?

He does have a knack for hiring people that know what they are doing but I agree he is no GM.

So he'd be a better team owner? Sadly, we all know that won't happen.
BTW, good point CT; assumed Gibbs had a more active role in selecting players.

Re: 2014 Redskins NFL Mock Draft
A lot of talking going around about us drafting a WR or 2 this draft.
With that, what's everyone's opinion of Nick Williams (our guy, #13)? He pulled off some pretty sweet plays in preseason, and has done a couple good ones for us this year as well.
Not really all that sold on him as a KR, but as a slot receiver, could he develop into something great, or just maintain his level of being "good/decent"?
