The really good and successful HCs are ALL egotistical, in some form - it's a high profile job
we might go that route but I think the new GM will look for a younger more passionate guy that wants to make his mark and wants to take advantage of some of the good things that are here - It's really not as bad a group as it was in 2009 when Mike came in - I doubt they bring in a college guy
HC of the Redskins is a very high profile and difficult job

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance

I'm curious about Gibb's abilities as a GM. It would be asking too much for him to be the owner, but he might make a fine GM...
