Cousins has great presence in the pocket. He reads the defense well BEFORE the snap. And knows what he wants to do with the ball. All good things.

Offensive PI for the pick by Roddy WHite.

Man Merriweather just can't tackle right..... Even if he isn't going in for a big hit and just a wrap he still goes in so high he gets no leverage whatsoever and get pushed backwards 5 yards

Atlanta D trying hard to strip the ball from Skins. That's good coaching. I don't really see this from the Skins D. Too busy trying to LAY THE WOOD.

Let's win this game guys.......

Good mechanics, reading his progressions, and throwing accurately.

If this defense could at least stop a cold ...

The funny thing is all I remember reading at the beginning of the year was how the D was always practicing stripping the ball but that didn't carry over so well

Cousins looks like an NFL QB. Certainly doesn't look like this is the second NFL start of a guy drafted to be a career backup. I really don't know if Griffin can improve enough in the pocket to develop into a real NFL QB but Cousins looks like a NFL starter to me. This what the Skins offense looks like with a QB.

Tried to tell boneheaded Redskins fans on draft night that RG3 was Allen & Snyder's pick, while Cousins was Shanford & Son's pick. Look at how the playbook opens up vertically for Cousins as opposed to the constipated dink & dunk that RG3 is limited to? This has nothing to do with RG3's lack of capability, it's just that Shanford & Son has always wanted Cousins over RG3. How come you people can't see that.

Are you suggesting the Shannys save the good plays to make Griffin look bad? What are you trying to say?

Kirk Cousins > Matt Ryan? I'm not sure. We definitely have the better of the two secondaries if that's possible.

As of this writing, Cousins has 250 pass yards v. 143 for Ryan. The refs have kept the Flacons in this game.

Man, Cousins is looking great! Too bad the better he performs, the less likely he is to be here next year. :(
