Newbie here making first post....

I just signed on this evening and have been a DIE HARD skins fan since the 81-82 season, and i need to get this off my chest. Im probably gonna get hailed for this, but if spurrier goes(my opinion is give the guy one more year), i want Jimmy Johnson wearing the headset in the near future. I know the chances of that are slim to none, and yes i hate the cowboys, but imo the man knows football. My problem with SS lies with the fact he doesnt get angry, if a play or call goes against the skins, he just gives his half-a**ed smirk and goes about his business. Yell, scream, throw something, the playlist, the headset, SOMETHING...the guy has no intensity whatsoever. As far as im concerned, dump bailey, sign Arrington long term, and start Sultan McCou  lough at HB. Canidate is horrible. I welcome any and all comments on this topic and will post regularly. I look forward to chatting with everyone here.

As for the Jimmy comment, you won't get slammed by me.

it's easy to hate him because he was a Cowpuke, but he's a smart football guy. I personally think he'd make a better replacement for My Cousin Vinny than SOS.

Canidate has looked horrible since returning from his high ankle sprain injury... gotta wonder if he's really 100%... not that he was lighting up the field before he got hurt, but he did show considerably more promise.

McCullough's still injured as far as I know, and since it took him about 2 NFL plays to get hurt, I'm not going to pin any fulltime aspirations on him until he's proven he can even run in this league.

Welcome to the board, all comments about the site are always welcome, so don't be shy.

Welcome.

Guys! Please no Jimmy Johnson. Don't you remember what happened in Miami? Or with Norv....that's bad Carma. I know we're desperate for a decent coach, but let's not go there.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.
We'll miss you, Joe.

LOL - 10 hours 24 minutes TH - yer slowing down

I was expecting you to wake up in a cold sweat screaming "NO!!!" and run to your computer when I saw this before I went to bed.

I still think the man would be a terrific GM

ROTFALMAO

Sorry for the delayed response.

Monkey JJ and his funny hair

all I can see are images of him saying "how 'bout those cowpukes!"

GM may be better than headcoach, but I'd prefer neither.
God bless our troops and Joe Gibbs.

LOL - JJ as GM or Cerrato? you tell me which you think would do the better job - but then again I don't know that JJ would step into the buzzsaw without some ironclad guarantees that DS might not be willing to make.
