I think these officials are just making up penalties....first the Dallas player was blocked into the ball so no fumble recovery, then a ref runs into someone on the redskins sideline and it's a penalty against the Skins...made up BS!

Goddell's at the game... making league rulings on the spot, and calling them down to the field.
