Why Did Skins Put WR Briscoe on IR?

That was really stupid because some of their WR's on the roster suck, ie: Morgan, Hankerson. Skins should release Morgan next season and trade Hankerson. Skins should of put Briscoe on 53-roster regardless of his injury and released Pat White or a sad veteran like TE Paul or DT Golston, CB Wilson. Wonder what's wrong with the Skins is each year they always play about 3-4 players each on defense and offense that SUCK and kill the 11 man system. They could be very good if they stick and get the right players on the field. Young players like Briscoe should be available now to team up with Garcon, Moss and Robinson. The truly good WR's on the roster. Both Morgan and Hank should be on the bench as role players this season.

Yeah, take up a roster spot with a player who won't see the field due to injury, and release a player not even on the roster. That's some Browns' style GMing right there!
