True. Except they gave up a 70 yard TD drive on the opening drive, and then another TD on GB's third drive. It's not as if they were holding GB and just wore down...they weren't holding GB, and then they just wore down even more.
GB got a FG on the opening drive. If the Skins offense could've sustained ANYTHING AT ALL on their opening drives, even just a 30-40 yard drive to eat up some clock and reverse the field, it would've given the defense something to work with.

Skins are in for a very long season. It's a shame; was expecting much more but should have seen the reality and not be kidding myself. We have a major disadvantage then the remainder of the other 31 teams. How can you put a competitive team together with a lose of 36 million of the salary cap over two years. Thanks Mara for single handedly destroying a franchise. Well played!!!
